Publishing on this many sites normally needs a staffed editorial team. Every article needs planning, research, images, links, scheduling, and a check afterwards that nothing broke.
What it does
Topics are planned before anything is written. Each site has its own writing rules, images are made automatically, publishing is paced, and every site is checked once a week for things that have broken. We review the plan and the spending. Nobody reviews every article.
Crawling and link-graph engine
Competitor monitoring and technical audits that look at everything, not a sample.
The problem
The questions worth asking about a competitor or a market cannot be answered by checking a handful of pages. You need all of them, checked again as they change.
What it does
It crawls whole sites, stores how everything links together, checks it again over time, and scores what it finds. A job that takes days runs on its own.

The report assembled once, instead of every Monday.
The problem
Reporting usually gets rebuilt every week from the same places. The time goes into collecting and reformatting, before anyone gets to talk about what changed.
What it does
The data is pulled in on a schedule and kept far longer than the original source keeps it. One place reads from it, so the same question gives the same answer every time.
Knowledge system
The answer stops living in one person’s head.
The problem
What people need to know ends up in chat threads, scattered documents, and someone’s head. The same questions get asked again and again.
What it does
One set of plain text notes that people read and edit directly, and that the automated systems can read too. No format anyone is locked into.
Agent orchestration layer
Work moves to the next step without someone remembering to push it.
The problem
Most automation still waits for a person to start the next job, check it finished, and pass the result on. The person becomes the glue between the tools.
What it does
A shared board records what depends on what. Work is picked up as soon as it is ready, the tools talk to each other directly, and everything done is written down.
How the work runs

Before anything gets built we agree the measure it should move, what you get, what is excluded, the timeline and the fee. If a build is not justified, you get that in writing and we stop there. That is a good outcome, not a failed one.
