Systems built to DELETE busywork.
Stratum Seven is the founder-led practice of Tim Lambs. He started with computer science studies, then logistics, then six years in SEO and marketing in some of the most competitive markets.

The path that led here
It started in… a warehouse!?
Logistics is an unforgiving place to learn about processes. A missed detail means the stock is wrong, the delivery is late, and the next shift cannot start. What it teaches is how to optimize with a lot of variables, how to find the bottlenecks slowing the work down, and how to make the next step more dependable.
Six years in marketing and SEO followed, first in iGaming, then crypto and personal finance. Those markets are competitive in a particular way: the budgets are large, the rules move, and nothing ranks by accident. They leave very little room for strategies and processes that only work on paper.
Of those six years, the last three were spent on MoneyRadar. The YouTube channels already had the audience; there was no website. Tim built MoneyRadar.org from scratch as the evergreen home for that audience, grew it to nearly 100,000 monthly visitors at its peak, and hired and led the team that helped him run it.
None of those roles demanded research into automation. He focused on workflow efficiency for his teams, and submitted system ideas to the tech teams whenever possible.
Looking back, with today’s tools, a lot of it could have been automated. It is that mix of operations and marketing that tells us what our customers are facing, and what systems they might need. So Tim started building them for the operation he was running first.
Almost everything Stratum Seven recommends runs in that operation first: the assistants and agents, the publishing pipeline, the monitoring, the reporting layer, the knowledge base. It is why we can tell you what a system costs to run, and where it breaks.

Different industries, the same lesson each time: find what is holding the work up, then change the smallest thing that moves it.
Building and running AI systems for reporting, content operations, research, knowledge and connected workflows. Built MoneyRadar.org from scratch as the evergreen home for the YouTube channels’ audience, grew it to nearly 100,000 monthly visitors at its peak, hired and led a team of five. SEO strategy, new launches and team standards across personal finance, crypto and iGaming, on high-traffic sites in some of the most competitive markets in search. Inventory control, training and warehouse flow. Where the habit of finding the real constraint came from. How working together goes There is no account manager and no handover to a delivery team you have not met. The person who scopes the work is the person who builds it and hands it over. Scope, deliverables, exclusions, timeline and fee are agreed in writing before anything is built. Wherever it is possible the system runs in accounts you control: your data, your logins, your subscriptions.Stratum Seven
